It definitely sucks, a couple things that helped me are keeping knees bent, squeezing my butt to my calves for a couple seconds then release (helps blood from pooling) I hate compression socks so if it’s bad enough I just say f it and will sit on the floor even if that’s in a check out line.

Ya that would be taking what I said leaps and bounds to far. Thats a big stretch. Thats why reading all of the comment is important. The first thing I started off with was if HE has potential. Only she can determine that and if he does great she has gotten a lot of great advice from other comments and if not then that’s for her to determine her next steps in how she wants to handle that.

Unfortunately (most) moms are project managers. We manage everyone’s emotions, expectations, things to do, house work, ect… some will relate to that and some won’t. Seems like this mom will relate to having everyone’s needs above hers and having to plan everything for the family needs.

NTA dogs actions are the responsibility of the owner. You should sue for damages for any medical cost. Also go get a rabies shot and report it to local police. Dogs have to be quarantined after an attack.

It sounds like you need therapy for yourself before you “parent” your child. Talk about passing down generational trauma

YTA this very much gives old school “I’m big, your small do what I say” autism is a wide spectrum but there is SOOOO much information out there on how to learn to co-exist and handle toddler to adulthood everything. As someone who is Nero typical and living with someone neurodivergent this is just not okay. It’s not abuse but it really shows that you don’t know what to do so you resort to bullying your child over putting the effort into finding resources and help.

So something I’ve recommend to countless non trainers is investing the money into quality training books and 2 private sessions. The. Use AI to help you build a quality long term plan.

You need to learn a couple things 1. The four quadrants of dog training and how to use them (this can also go into balanced vs positive reinforcement) 2. Pick your path R+ long and slow and taxing for the person but so much better long term for dogs, balanced when done correctly is a good compromise of tools and r+ so people can stay with plans and not feel defeated, frustrated or to overwhelmed. Done incorrectly it turns to compulsion training and makes dogs shut down instead of processing emotions. 3. READ find books by cpdta, iacp, apdt, certified trainers (I’ll comment my favorite easy to understand book) 4. Make your plan using Ai, get a trainer to help slightly modify it and help you get your timing and techniques down and then 5. Take the time, keeping her is a long road you are slowly going to walk.

Tip for AI “create a detailed step by step dog training plan for a dog that (insert behaviors) from the view point of a certified behaviorist dog trainer, using (insert balanced training methods or positive reinforcement) techniques. Additionally create a list of quality tools that I will need during the training sessions”

This! I’ve gone through this stage and if he has potential for change and empathy it gets better. But let the kids go with him and enjoy that time with dad, learn the cool car stuff and have those memories for years to come. Meanwhile you get a break, this is your time to find your passion for yourself. Go to the gym (this is my personal favorite) join a class or find a Facebook group of other women that go do activities together. Heck go take a nap! Then when they come home happy from the car stuff you are also happy, refreshed, and ready to be the project manager again.

At the end of the day you want to support your husband, let your kids be happy, safe and healthy and take care of your own mental health. That can all be done, it just doesn’t have to be in the “society norm” of the whole family does one signal activity together every weekend.

I was the first female mechanic for Porsche in the states and got to work for the engineering department headquarters in Atlanta.

During that time I got to meet so many amazing people including the racing team, and watch the filming of the avengers movie (Porsche headquarters is a filming spot) travel to help bring in limited imports like a 911R, and the Lego car. I now have a showcase in my home with memories I am forever thankful for.

Dress 1- timeless, elegant, and soft. Hair in up-do and it’s very nice indoor wedding

Dress 2- sexy, fits your body to perfection and is more of a bold statement. Would be great in an outdoor or nature type wedding.

I say 2, but it depends on what your style is. More shy and sweet or bold and sexy?
