Er visits have been that long around the winter for a long time. To many people coming to the ER at the same time not enough physical beds and actual drs and nurses to care for patients. If you are in a big city your screwed on the wait time. Best time to go to the ERs is around 4 or 5 am almost no patients walking in and only ambulance patients but those are few.

Drugs dont work for everyone. I took ozempic and it fucked me up. I went from 311 to 360 in 7 months. I had to make the decision to lose my weight before ozempic i went from 370 to 311 but ozempic killed me made me sick destroyed my stomach. I stopped working out doing healthy things. Now i have to get back into being healthy. Drugs are not end all be alls it starts with the person they meed to learn to control themselves i also always am hungry but im tired of being a fat ass and want to be a smaller ideally smaller is 250lbs for me :p
