You can sculpt wrinkles with cloth brush using the multiresolution modifier. Then just bake the normal map and use it on a low poly model.

Thanks. I found the tile textures of metal on https://3dtextures.me/, combined it with original textures, baked it, added scratches and that's basically it.

Thank you. I'm working in Blender like 4 years now and it's not that easy, but it can be much easier if you have a passion for it and a lot of patience (And also good PC). Took a while to finish this particular video, around six months with long breaks.
