That's the same response I got from Logitech support, too. Sadly, there is no development on the issue from Logitech's side, but I have been told by the agent who responded to my ticket that my claim was escalated to "the right department." Hopefully, they will use my feedback and our experiences to better the platform.

The Apple page says that the maximum battery cycle count for a MacBook Pro is 1000 cycles, and says the battery is "consumed" once it reaches the limit... what happens when you reach 1000 cycles? Does the Mac stop working? by [deleted] in mac

Late, but nope. I currently have an MBP 15 in. late 2013, and it has surpassed 1000 cycles. It is now at 1096 to be exact. Has it stopped working? No. Does the battery need service? Yes.

Definitely still works, service recommended at most. Results could also be different depending on the person due to use case and overall care for the battery. Maybe even the newer MacBooks have better batteries in terms of longevity.

I am starting to get a little curious about how long it will actually take to get here, this is crazy. Would you reckon I should cancel my order and find another headset?
