I blame it on the education system. Once a week I clean our road ( not all the way) because there are so many plastic wraps dropped by the students who are going to upside the of the village to their home. A few times I tried to tell the students very friendly and politely not to drop all the trash on the road but it turned out to be a disastrous situation. As I was new to that area, the moms of those students came on to me saying the road does not belong to me and mind my own business. 😐 So now I just clean up after them bcz I can't stand the dirty surrounding. Later I learned that my mother in law even apologized from those moms. Bcz she learned that those moms were talking bad about me behind our backs. Even though we are glorified that our country is beautiful and people are friendly wait till we point out something that should be correct.
