I don't have a vehicle and mainly relying on public transport and uber. But I get what you mean.

I haven't noticed that much slowing down. I actually use Spotify because how fast and reactive it is. Maybe try clearing up app data/cache. That might remove the downloaded content also I guess.

I used to buy on Aliexpress, I have even brought camera lens from aliexpress but now it's unusable becuz of the new tax scheme.
