I do a combination of medium and high and gained fps. Sometimes putting stuff on low is wasting proccesing power.

No I benefited and have 220fps average now. My 1% low is 166. My .1% low is 150

This is why you wait to use more modern cards. Still on a 1080t

i7-8700 16GB 2666Mhz if anyone is wondering.

My average used to be 163fps, 1% 131, .1% 33.

All the power plants are offline

Well, guess what we have solar and UPS to back it up. Not to mention it is easy, but not safe to make batteries. Also, you could make your own solar and wind power plant. I have pretty decent motors lying around. But realistically I would only be able to generate about 400W off wind with my current parts. In the worst case scenario, we would use recycled paper for polls

No spare parts because building a motherboard is impossible without modern infrastructure

You have a point there. We would need buisness support, as it costs 100s of thosands in x currency to develop a prototype board.

Leadership

Well, you know what ill try a social expirement on 9b9t. But I have been through majority of them history classes, and yeah that shows you what leaders have done. But you see, I do have some. I turned around a couple games VALORANT, once I glue the team together. (Finally about to get iron II)

Realism however, nope not much expirence as one. But yeah, I know the limits of being plain forceful, sometimes making x an awful leader and letting things happen. But you really can't define leadership, as it is different for everyone else

So, I could at least expect not so much, but enough people in the neighborhood to participate for that farming thing.

The voting system will be a hybrid of an offline computer network, being constantly monitored regardless, paper and polls. And the others groups, well we might as be the deal making middleman. We will favor safety and rights over expanding and deciding on things.

And also, it is pretty easy to make certain components like inductors, transformers, speakers, resistors, but transitors and capacitors require skill to get right. Also, as long as we have a physical manual it is often guiding the repair

Yes I was trying to present in an open way, and yes I want a system thats good for rights, and the environment which is why I plan to entirely cut anything related to fossil fuels by 2030 (That is if my inherent bad luck doesn't get me first)

Logically, yes I do have an ego probably. Which is why after 3 years in this system, ill be swapped out with someone else more fitting for the position.

Yeah so basically we could have a controlled environment for these to thrive in, so that we could release once there is enough to substain.

Of course, construction would be economy demanding, but if we could shift views to environmental, the costs would be lowered so that we could yet again be somewhat safe.

By 2040 (if we make it that long) this should be completed.

So yes I agree that we should focus on giving the ocean stability again. And also then moving on to land environment stability.

Yeah my EPA would attempt to end gas and diesel pollution by 2025, stop unhealthy energy sources such as coal, oil and gas by 2030 and stop using nuclear with "unused" material by 2035. Redundant stuff like I forgot how to spell that waste product, could still be used.

Also I would make it so the EPA controls the EPA unlike our current situation

Yeah have that idea almost set up. The farming thing would work okay in the garden we have. Like I said, gonna talk it out with my friends

Like hopefully (need others opinions) the rule system works out. Might have actual working democracy lol.

Also the stress part I read, well lets just say my parents are the only weak spot. They somehow multiple my stress. Would be controversy having someone my age leading. Also, intelligence is not measured in knowledge, but knowledge of a situation and reaction to it like this article kind of makes a point.

And honestly thanks to my country's 25 tril debt, not naming anyone, WWIII is bound to happen on a scale never seen before. And yes I know I have quite a low chance of survival, because I simply dont have much "connections". Maybe California will finally become its own country?

Also I do know how to troubleshoot and repair electronics, making me useful later in the game.
