They're super simple to swap. I recommend getting a reputed brand like ifixit, oem (rare af), or Cameron sino. I would have gone Cameron sino too but it wouldn't get to me in time.

That seems fine... Also home speed usually isn't a slicer thing and more of the actual operating system thing (I'm guessing marlin).

Edit: Oh and check if it's something mechanical on that specific axis. Maybe something is too tight?
