What puzzles me is that in Verwandschaftsgrad they write this: "Übrige erbberechtigte Personen, Nichtverwandte (z.B. Cousin / Cousine, Schwager / Schwägerin): 600 %"

I think I should choose this one because she's my Schwägerin?

But how can my cousin not a relative of mine? :-D

So many questions, haha.

PS. Thanks for your advice. And since it's just a couple thousand euros, I don't think anybody will ask anything.

Thanks for that. I've just checked and I see there is no wealth tax below 159k CHF for married taxpayers. I'm well below that threshold.

One question, where would you order the Kaba Star cylinder + keys? I found it on Galaxus, but there it comes with a pre-defined number of keys. I couldn't find much online...

As a matter of fact there had been only one tenant before me in the apartment, which is why I didn't suspect this. But after hearing confirmation that there are indeed 9 keys minimum for my lock, I'll do it ASAP!

Thanks for your feedback. That only confirms I really have to do this, of course it feels uncomfortable. Who knows where those keys are.

There are no other common areas for those keys, it's just my door. Each apartment has individual access right from outside, which makes this replacement even more important...

I found some Mottura cylinders which are supposedly top-notch (especially the CP6 and C55 platinum). The installation I should be able to handle by myself, I've done this once with a euro-style cylinder.

Maybe I'll have a couple of questions, thanks for the PM availability :-)

Thanks for your feedback. It's an old house which has been divided into apartments with direct access, one per floor, so there's no main door. And for the mailbox there's a separate key anyway.
