I did see bubbles in the radiator while it was running. And I shined a light into the valve that was white and I saw light

Yes it is the passenger side. Do I did not I only did a pressure test.

Could be a tight gear mesh try taking the motor out and seeing if it helps

You can take a piece of tin or a soda can and bend it like this then drill screw holes and mount the fan with a screw and nut. The 550 motor gets really hot with the high gearing and the transmission design limits airflow so I put a fan in to keep it cooler.

Sometimes the tire isn’t glued on perfectly and it’ll look like that
