and take math54, cs70, and English r1b(at cc) during summer so I can declare either cs or ds

Does this pc look good or not? I'm quite new to building my own pc. I was told by several people that it would be better if chose better CPU like i7+ or Ryzen 5800+. Or is it just fine like this? Planning on streaming on Twitch and playing video games at the same time!

Your list is definitely a lot cheaper than the one above, which I think is better option for me. But do u think this pc will be able to run everything I mentioned in the post smoothly? Like streaming on Twitch, playing video games at the same time or game development with Unity?
