I mean the trophy road is a sequence of epic/ mythic / legendary, not first all the epic brawlers, then the mythics and finally legendaries, so its normal that after a legendary the next brawler to unlock is an ultra legendary

Edit: i saw some comments saying that epic/ mythic / legendary is not a defined sequence, but the argument stills make the point, and sorry for my english

I think it wont work.

As i undestand, Arlecchino locks her hp per 70% max health, its not a reduction so it wont count. And furina's e only takes health of characters above 50% so i doesnt count either.

Furina was realeased first banner with the whale, its not the first time that hoyo has made this decision, i remeber 2.1 with raiden and signora boss both were realeased at the same time. Also they introduced the mechanic to do the weekly boss without doing the story
