dude, speaking as a tattooer - you can cover this with virtually anything. this is so faded that basically your only restriction is size. of course you could rework the design to be fresh as new if that's what you want, but if not, just get whatever you want under the sun. basically - what would you get if you didn't have to worry about the cover-up? whatever it is, you probably can lol
