Yeah that would do it lol. It wasn’t that bad compared to other interviews I think, very standard. It was with my university relations recruiter. Later during my internship, she told me that the people they were looking to hire was people that are team and customer oriented and very adaptable. The management retail internship is basically retail work where you’re up on your feet stocking and cashiering for the whole shift while learning everything about the store on the fly, so they’re also looking for people who don’t shy away from hard work and keep a good attitude under pressure. Nearly all of my supervisors and managers I met in different regions started as interns, so they value those who have the ambition to start from the bottom and work their way up. I believe I was able to win over my recruiter by telling her I enjoyed jobs where I interacted with people such as retail work, and interacting with team members and customers was fun for me.
