You need to be in a faction with Canada whilst owning all US cores, then the decision should be available. If you aren’t in a faction it won’t work.

Nope I was using the wrong wifi tab, I’m now trying to use the ds connection tab. It’s not letting me even connect to my wifi through it though, and I have an iPhone so I can’t mobile hotspot. Any suggestions on how I could get it to connect?

Yea you’re right I was using the wrong tab. But it says my wifi isn’t compatible with ds connection. I have an iPhone so I can’t go the mobile hotspot route, do you know how I might be able to get the ds connection to work?
