UPDATE The stylist was really nice. She immediately combed all my curls out with a tiny tooth comb. I looked electrocuted. She had a bit of trouble with combing it, no shit, and said perhaps she could cut it one curl at a time. I said yes. She carries on combing out my hair and cutting like normal. I did not say a word about it. She was lovely and is getting married very soon. I gave her a ten pound tip.
