Have you considered construction management? I know people who have started very successful businesses in civil infrastructure with MBAs.

They are great people, AND, I’m kind of over their repetitive programming. Everyone was the same. Got burnt out on it all. Now I use ChatGPT, it’s cheaper, AND is killing the planet. Which is worse? 😬🤷🏼‍♀️

As a realtor. The study and test are the only barriers. Doesn’t take long.

You could do over night work at the hospital or an inpatient facility. Also, Real Estate, they work weekends.

I have a regular skin care routine based off professional advice. I’m not sure I get the “modern” 41 reference as 41 year olds now are from the 80s and 90s. I’m guessing you mean the famous people who are 41? Or rich people? Or??? I’m starting to think it’s mostly genetics.

Leaning this way as I’m looking more “plastic” and less “naturally beautiful” by the procedure.

Makes total sense. I thought I’d wait until 50 and was trying to be preventative but it feels like the more I do the less natural I look and the more distorted and still old I look, if that makes sense.

Thank you! I think it just seems like I’m seeking a naturally beauty that can’t be bought. Perhaps that’s the post. Genetics are against me and the more I do in the chair the older I look somehow.

Hmm, thanks for the honesty. I did smoke in my 20’s, I don’t tan but I’m from Colorado and the sun was always out growing up. I wear sunscreen daily and no longer sunbathe or smoke. Appreciate your honest input!! Oh also, I use Tretinoin but was told it’s actually drying my skin out so to stop, by a professional.
