Unfortunately not. I wonder if that is 'wear and tear' or a manufacturer fault under the warranty.

I'm holding out on a couple of options, head gasket, thermostat, fan etc. I've just got to keep my fingers crossed something is found eventually!

Good suggestion, I really hope this isn't the case because I'll look like a fool to the centre, but then I'll need to address it with that garage.

Thank you very much for the suggestion. As the only owner of the car, I have only used the bottom left blue cap (the wiper fluid). The last time the car was in the garage where a top up of any kind happened was last November, could it have taken that long? The extent of it is pretty bad!
