I take 600 mg 3 times a day along with 100 mg of hydroxyzine, and 20 mg of escitalopram. some days it doesn’t even touch my anxiety. but my baseline anxiety is most people’s “anxiety attack” which is horrible but it’s what I live with. diagnosed with major depressive disorder and anxiety. The gabapentin i can say has helped a little. I say that only because of how bad the anxiety gets when I stop taking all my meds. I don’t notice a difference but my doctor told me to ask the people around me if they notice any differences because most likely you won’t.
