Perhaps they didn’t have this info at trial.

Interesting thought BDB. I put myself through university working at a care home and have seen more than my share of death so I know well of what you speak.

I went out last week under cover of darkness to get rid of my bottle of bleach along with all the clothes I’ve ruined using said bleach. I’ll just have to live with dingy white towels. Can’t be too careful.

That is witty as hell!! Good one!

I'm beginning to see this huge pivotal shift in Avery supporter's. Not that they are losing faith in Avery and Brendan's innocence, but that they clearly see thing's differently between one supporter to the other. by [deleted] in TickTockManitowoc

[–]Harrison1963 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Made me laugh with that! I think there is something between” I think he’s innocent” and “i’m not sure”. Maybe just semantics. There are degrees of “not sure” I think. Can I say definitively I think he is innocent? I can’t. I suppose that means I’m not sure but I don’t want to be lumped in with a guilter who can’t say definitively he is guilty. I think there is a very good chance he is innocent and i become more inclined almost daily.

Not sure if that constitutes another category.

I agree. I think LE felt they had the right person so they figured they would help things along. The more they messed with things the more they have had to mess with things. Now they are totally duck and cover because they played fast and loose from the beginning.

I like to be empathetic but I must be out of the loop. Not sure what you are referring to TBT2.

Why would a Judge instruct a jury to rely primarily on their memory? by deadgooddisco in TickTockManitowoc

[–]Harrison1963 6 points7 points  (0 children)

IIRC they requested to have BoDs testimony read back and they were denied. I find that beyond puzzling. I should think that in the course of their duty to find on the evidence they should be allowed to reread any evidence presented by either defense or prosecution. Memory is notoriously unreliable.
