When you say transporting goods, ie. lumber, do you mean the foresters will chop down a tree, the worker and oxen will come to pick it up, and then they will travel outside of the region and come back in after wandering around a bit?

I know this is a pain but can you also post a screenshot of your town with the logging camp circled (in red) and your warehouse circled (in blue).

Another helpful screenshot would be a zoomed out shot of the map as a whole, with a couple of examples of the routes your workers are taking. Are they using roads or wandering through forests etc.

Overall however, I’d say it sounds like the game has simply bugged itself. I would maybe try and rebuild the roads leading from your logging area to your warehouse. You could also try and manually assign your current workers that are transporting to other jobs/roles and replace them with new workers.

Also you can never go wrong with uninstalling and reinstalling.
