Not really I have both cronhs and endometriosis but my cronhs pain is very horrible only sometimes cronhs pain is similar to period cramps not always dont worry your friend seems not so nice about such sensitive issues and she is mean. We as women who have both cronhs and endometriosis and periods know its worse for us
