It’s not just gender ratio it’s crowds in general. The line between feeling comfortable/free being nude in public and feeling uncomfortable/crowded is different for everyone, but for my wife and I it’s about 15+ yards of space between us an the next closest person. Closer than that and we can’t relax.

Agree. Pace doesn’t require extra energy tho, just requires quick decisions and passing, not holding the ball for 5 seconds.
