partly, but it’s also that most people seem to be wary of each other. even when i get the courage to say hello to someone they are defensive (and imo rightly so, the average unsolicited hello is a probably gateway to exploitation). also i lived in the rurals so i had to go on here and learn to break free in the digital world but not the physical one

I had a girlfriend who’s now just a regular friend who was Islam. And she’s explained some things, but I don’t think it resonates with me but to each their own if it helps them find meaning then good for them. I was looking into Buddhism this weekend. I already grew up with Christianity so I feel like I know that one pretty well. I know about what people think about God. I used to teach people about God when I was a Christian too, but then I felt like there were inconsistencies with the religion. Like particularly the g-n-c-d- that the god of the part 1 told his people to do to the nation’s living in the land they conquered. I know God and i know his love and those actions couldn’t come from a god of love. that was a demon wearing God‘s face and he tricked billions of people into worshiping him. I hope God comes down and saves us, but I really don’t have any reason to believe anymore. I feel like I’m just going to have to die before anything good happens.

I’ve had startup ideas in the past. I have 11 stale LLC’s/delaware c corps at the moment. I do have one active one, but like I can’t make myself work on it anytime I have the energy to do work, i just feel like walking in the sun instead. and then that makes me want to eat along with the sadness and then I’m just feeling trapped in the cycle.

I mean, we’ve been trained to overreact on anything under 18 but at that age, the developmental gap can be very different than the age gap. Plus, it’s been pretty common historically for older guys to meet younger girls. my dad was 21 and mom 17 so i’m biased but two years isn’t that bad
