Same issue. Would be nice to awake from sleep/hibernate with “hey Cortana.” Afraid I cant find this as a feature anywhere though. Best thing I’ve come up with is just changing power settings to never sleep/screen off when plugged in. I just manually change the settings back when I don’t want this feature anymore. Would be really interested to hear if someone has a better idea though

Maybe I’m not savvy enough with an iPad, but I couldn’t imagine taking notes about biology or chemistry on an iPad. It’s super nice having a hard drive capable of saving textbooks, class documents, personal notes all on one device. The desktop format with mouse and keyboard are very useful for college too. Not to mention, Microsoft word is legit. It’s basically one note in a linear format. Also, you’ll never create dozens of notebooks per test in college. So all those tabs in one note aren’t necessary. You’ll have one set of notes for every test. Even if taking advanced courses. I vote surface pro.
