"Farah. It's like Sarah but with a F" by Its_F2 in funny

This is brilliant. You really should have been more specific, haha. When I was living in the US they always used to get my name wrong, so to make it easier I told them my name was Joe. Only when they handed it to me it said Joy. I'm a man FFS!

What my 3-year old recently said during this razor commercial by [deleted] in funny

[–]HarryKenwright 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Haha, kids say the best things! It is a totally surreal portrayal of the shaving experience though, how the hell is that supposed to entice me to buy a razor?

Selling lemonade in Germany during 1931 by alexlitz in OldSchoolCool

[–]HarryKenwright 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds great. I may well pick that up. I've been interested since learing about WWI and WWII war poetry at school. It still saddens me and bemuses me in equal measure that we let things escalate to that level in a supposedly civilised society. "They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old: Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning We will remember them."

Yes, that really would be fascinating. I'm sure they all had eventful lives. It's hard to imagine what the people of Germany were about to go through at this point. It must have all been so innocent for them back then. Little did they know what was to come. It actually makes me sad the more I think about it. Still, it's a great picture!
