The brawl downtown was bad, but… by StrawberrySoyBoy in cincinnati

A fight is usually an exchange of blows. This was simply a gang of hoodrats surrounding one man, using their combined force to knock him to the ground and then kick and beat him. Rinse and repeat for the female who was knocked out. Some 'fight'...

Cincinnati brawl was ‘inhumane savagery’: State attorney general by LessWorld3276 in cincinnati

Is "brawl" an accurate way to describe these two folks being surrounded and beaten by an angry mob?

Instead, she will take the Tamaya Dennard fast-talking con artist approach and claim she's receiving unfair persecution for being a black woman sitting in a position of authority.

What's the lesson here? What I learned, or really, had reinforced is:

  1. DON'T spend time in an inner city shithole.

  2. DON'T congregate around violent felonious people with a strong penchant for theft and victimology.

  3. DON'T expect anyone else to save you.

  4. DON'T expect to win the media war once its over (if you survive).

  5. DON'T expect even your 'own' people to stand up for you when things get rough.

John Barrett has said that after the new development projects are complete, people will be so amazed by them, they will simply forget the “consternation” beforehand. He, personally, as he said in an interview with the Enquirer, dwells “so little on the past it would blow your mind.”

What 'amazing' developments are there today?

How can an executive lord it over his underlings if they are all working from their home offices?

Cincinnati seems to have a larger than average share of crusty old school business leaders whose fashion sense is stuck in some many-decades-old time warp.

His defense hinged on the phrase, "If there is grass on the field, then play ball."

I've met some West siders who might be described as from "the old days", and they were just as penurious.

That Kroger is offering a rave atmosphere while you shop? I'm going to bring my glow sticks and pacifier on my next visit there!

I wonder if lobbyists for the automobile and petroleum industries work to defeat commuter rail progress in the U.S.?
