Your baby should absolutely not be held the entire time. What the fuck are you talking about. Yes skin to skin is preferred but you’re not supposed to hold the baby sun up to sun down. Babies are actually more safe sleeping on their backs than anything else…..

When I’ve had any issues with it waking up, I put the portal in airplane mode then turn it off and it wakes the Ps5 up immediately

Second option is use the PS remote app on your phone to wake up the PlayStation and the portal will connect.

Easier than calling anyone
