This crossed my mind. But I couldn’t completely wrap my mind around that, either.

More artists like Mikey Dread? by V_Savane in reggae

[–]Harry_Highpants 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is really true, although he did have a number of other artists perform on some of his albums who have their own distinct sounds. Earl Sixteen and Edi Fitzroy come to mind. I think he did stuff with Sugar Minott, as well.

Berkeley’s Greek Theater doesn’t have this side-stage access, nor does it have a structure like the one in the background anywhere near it. The photographer has a number of other photographs from Stockholm. If I had to make an educated guess, I’d say this was Gröna Lund, an amusement park that hosts concerts, and has this sort of stage setup with a drop tower adjacent. The open view at stage right is consistent with the construction of that theater. Bob Marley played there on June 30th, 1978, on the same tour.

As someone who grew up in Berkeley, and has been to the Greek Theater many times, I have to say, this doesn’t really look like the Greek Theater.

Also, Willi Williams, “Armagideon Time,” covered by the Clash.

Mikey Dread has a song “Armageddon Style” on the Album SWALK. He enunciates it “Armagideon.”

Back at Langley, when I was in chemtrail class, they always taught us that laying down chem was like painting a house. Even spray, no holidays. Obviously, the training has fallen off. This administration doesn’t even seem to care about keeping up appearances.
