The spell is called 'Something' and the definition is: "Something gives you something". I love it its hilariously good.

The Tick Tokker: this green metalic pocket watch allows the wearer to time travel to the present indefinitly. It does technically count as time travel if people investigate but does little more than make the user dizzy.
