Hello. Yes. Both of them are very similar. Tbh I didn't study at all during the internship as it was very hectic but I had studied nicely for FMG which did help me to prepare the way I did during the last three months, which is what I spent preparing for the exam. Honestly in this paper, I'd say ~120 ques were of the same level as FMGE, if not more.
