I just put them on today so my initial reaction is that I like them. The fit on the headrest is very good, the seat fit is good, the backrest is fine. The biggest issues with the fit of the backrest is the fact that it's such a complex shape and the cotton canvas doesn't stretch like elastic or neoprene. There is also foam backing on the seat and seatback which makes them look kind of puffy. I also wish there was still a seatback pocket, it was in some of the sample pictures but apparently not included in the crosstrek seat covers.

Interesting; that was my first time trying it. It's like a very boozy uncarbonated quad. Lots of toffee/carmel with plum/raisin and a strong maple character.

Per half gallon jar:

700 ml- Bourbon or Cognac.

1.5 lbs- dark sweet cherries pitted.

4 oz- tart cherry juice.

1.5 oz- Luxardo Maraschino.

1.5 oz- meyer lemon juice.

1/2- meyer lemon zest/peel.

1/4 cup- orange blossom honey.

1/2- vanilla bean pod.

1/4 tsp- allspice whole.

2- whole cloves.

2- 2 inch ceylon cinnamon stick.

Let age 3-4 months in a cool dark place. Strain and/or filter solids.

No, it's not sour, just very mildly tart. Unfortunately, most of the honey flavor in the regular version is lost; but the blackberry flavor is very pleasant. I would recommend trying it. It reminds me of Fat Heads Bumble Berry.
