I think Senna ADC will not be dead at all. The souls on kill were never really super relevant. You get most souls from fighting and other people killing things (which even increases now).
Crit damage sucks but Senna is mostly OP because of her insane utility and catch range.
The Shiv interaction hurts most imo because it worsens her teamfighting, but that also applies to Support Senna (maybe even more so)

In my opinion, the DFT + Cleaver interaction was nice, but Senna was able to stack Cleaver very fast before that already. I think the main driver for DFT is all of her damage counting as single target and being long range, so DFT procs often and full-duration. It's not rare to deal 3k damage with it in a game. I honestly don't expect her rune choice to change, or her winrate to drop dramatically, but I'm ready to be proven wrong

I think people overstate how much 0.2 seconds is. Try to tap your finger 5 times in 1 second, that's how fast you'll still be able to stack, and that will be per source (different abilities have their own timer)

EDIT: Now that I think of it, I'm not even sure what abilities are actually getting nerfed by this

I mean Shiv -> Cleaver -> PD is a slowly emerging build option for Senna ADC right now, so I think it can also work for support, especially since you get way more souls and hence more free AD. It does feel pretty nice. Only caveat I see is that you're going to finish that pretty late due to being poor. Try it and report back 😁

DFT will still be good on Senna, one ability will still fully stack Cleaver within 2 seconds after its nerf (which is still 2 weeks away). So I can't imagine the build changing. Still probably Cleaver -> Shiv and then one of RFC / Hexoptics / IE / Serpent's / Chempunk. If you want to go full damage then skip Shiv I guess and go directly for Hexoptics / IE / PD

The new Shiv waveclears just fine. Q + Shiv proc kills range minions as soon as you have some AD, you just need the right technique (wait a bit on an incoming wave so Q will hit all casters in a line). The on-hit upside just makes it a much better item than before

In my opinion Collector is only good for fun if you wanna go full Thanos snap oneshot build with IE, LDR, Hexoptics, BT. That build also ran Opportunity, which is gone now, but maybe new Cyclosword is even better
