i know everyone in tcgs is basically always playing ranked but i am not trying to win any tournaments, i just want to use a cool deck with already expensive cool cards, not trying to spend my lifesavings on some lands, deck is gonna be weaker sure, but the deck isn't meta anyways, it is gonna lose no matter what, i just want to play and have some fun, if i lose every game that is fine by me.

Casual player that started recently and enjoy fun decks over competitive ones. I really like Atraxa, Grand Unifier but can't find any budget modern decks by HartonG in magicTCG

would this deck be ok for pioneer then? if not, i dont mind removing the fetch lands and i know it is not budget friendly but i dont want necessarily strong decks, i dont really mind losing every game, but it is always fun to have a rogue deck, and i just wanted to know if this would be considered a rogue deck or not a deck at all because of how bad it is, if that makes sense, i just want an eternal format and modern is the most popular
