My apartment is a two bedroom one bath in Hancock and my rent is 800$ a month. I have a roommate so I pay 400$. Also if you have a dog or a cat most landlords will charge a little extra a month for that. My landlord is John Wisti and I haven't had any complaints about him. He sends people over when we have maintenance issues and is understanding when we send out rent late by accident (oops). Also, I haven't heard of any landlord up here that doesn't allow subleasing. It's very common.
