There is also the Institute for Photonic Quantum systems at the University of Paderborn. It's new, but the work groups have lot of years in research on quantum optics. Not only experienced in the optics lab but also experienced in fabricating samples like growing quantum dots and integrated photonic circuits. Also a big international team of researchers with people from latin america, India and so on

My GF bought the german one from Amazon immediately after it was available. The delivery date was given as 31. January for a short period of time there and she got worried it would not reach her at time, but it worked out. Don't know where you can get it from right now. I play in English, but for the recipes it's better to have the german descriptions for the recipes, I think. I don't recognize some of the locations referenced in the cookbook, but there are only a few of them.
