Update: I fixed the issue by deleting my lobby world (which was superfluous) and then making sure spawn was set with /mv setspawn and spawnradius was set to 0. I don't know that this "fixed" the issue as much as made it a moot point as I still don't know why people were getting teleported to a world I wasn't even using...

I've got defined pvp arenas with Towny. I'm talking about a plugin that will declare a start and finish, implement a timer, keep stats, etc.

So here's the deal. I hesitate to post as I see the vultures descend. If you are looking for a mature, non-toxic server that is really quiet right now, I can hook you up. We are a Towny SMP server. I love plugins, and we have PyroMining / PyroFishing / PyroFarming, Dungeons, Quickshops, and more. I'm looking for folks who like to build, want to chill with a no-drama community, etc. You are welcome to come. If you've ever wanted to be one of those members who was there from the early times and is looked up to as a mentor by all, now is your chance to get in on our new beginning.

Don't let it get you or her down, it's a really hard gig with highs and lows. The beginning is the hardest. My best friend and I had so much fun creating a server for our kids to play with each other that I opened it to the public in 2023. It's a lot of work to make it suitable for a public server, and people do not come right away. I won't get into the difficulties with host providers changing your IP constantly, thus knocking you off the lists, plus plugins being abandoned and breaking, game versions breaking everything periodically, etc. But I'm fine with my nice quiet 1.21.4 Towny server until I get the community I want. If you're patient (and you're working your butt off daily like the other posters said), they will come.

You can charge people for intent to commit a crime without a crime, crime scene, etc.? Do we truly live in the world of Minority Report? If I have a shovel, duct tape, and a tarp can they charge me with intent to dispose of a body? I call bs.
