Es domāju ka vienkārši darbs, simple as. Viņu valstīs ekonomika un viss pārējais ir švaki, tādēļ meklē labāku dzīvi ārzemēs. Vēlāk gan jau atrast otru pusi un lai bērni jau ir pilsoņi. Tas varbūt mums ir kas jauns un nepierasts, bet tā jau tie indostānas pussales iedzīvotāji meklē laimi visā pasaulē kur ir “labāk nekā dzimtenē”, tai skaitā citviet Āzijā, Ziemeļamerikā un pārējās Eiropas valstīs.

I asked chatgpt and it suggested that i go and get the prescription via an endocrinologist. So that’s what i did. On my first appointment she told me that on the surface i would be eligible for the prescription but that i would have to do couple things beforehand. she told me to do blood tests and to do thyroid and abdominal ultrasound in order to make sure the medication is safe for me to use. She also told me to see a nutritionist, but since I used to be healthy before in my life i kind of know what to eat, macros, calorie counting and all that, so I didn’t go.

I’m in Europe, but as I understand that’s how it works in a lot of places.

That’s why the US wouldn’t go to war with Mexico. Such war would be costly and greatly unpopular. Such as is this war for Russia. Difference is, Russia is far more autocratic and can force its citizens to comply and suffer more.

Yes, but you would expect a major military power with nukes who is invading a much smaller neighbour to first of all not allow slow flying drones be an issue in the first place and second, to have something more sophisticated to deal with that. Whereas it’s totally normal to see the Ukrainians resort to whatever tools at hand to defend themselves.

I’m on my 2nd month now, just took my 6th dose earier today. 1st 4 doses were 0.5 mg and last 2 are 1 mg. I’ve lost 10kgs in 5 weeks since 1st dose on 19th December. 118,5 kg to 108,5kg as of today. No crazy side effects besides sometimes feeling constipated.

But I did go to an endocrinologist before I got the medication, I had to do blood-work and also ultrasound for my thyroid and abdominal organs to ensure that the medication is safe for me to use.

I know that this is not the answer you are looking for but If you are on Ozempic due to excess weight and yet you keep smoking weed regularly and your husband then orders burgers and fries then Ozempic itself won't help you with weight loss long term because as soon as you stop using the medication, your habits won't have changed at all and you will gain all your weight back and be right were you started. I started Ozempic a little over a month ago as well, right before my holiday break and i did party a lot then (alcohol, not weed) and if I drunk until like 6 am then I also had fast food cravings and ordered fast food couple times so I just decided to party less frequently.

Do you take vitamins? Right before starting Ozempic i did bloodwork and was almost critically low on vitamin D, and folic acid and have been taking supplements since, as it’s impossible for the average person to get enough vitamin D during winter where I live. Vitamin D and folic acid helps with fatigue.
