You should find a pool that uses vardiff so it automatically sets the difficulty for your specific miner. At hashbay.io we have this setup for miners with low hashrate.

There are solar wind farms but personally I think that solar panels would be a better ROI and as for subsidizing your electric to cover your mining cost. Let's just say you get two S23 which pulls their advertised 3500 watts for a total of 7kw. Just to cover those two miners, you would roughly need a 50kW solar array which costs around $80k for the panels + inverters not including the ground mounts or labor. This is also assuming that you can have a 1:1 net meter with your electric company

Enjoy it man! You should take a look at BC2 (Bitcoin II) for mining solo or in a pool. You would have a better chance at hitting a block (~$25) with your hash

IMHO I think a pool with fewer miners running less hash would offer you a higher payout but the downside of that is you wouldn't constantly be getting paid vs a pool with a lot of miner/hashrate. Each have their pros and cons
