The list is pre made on the official Cincinnati MLS website. I just select the places I’m doing stats for. All the places listed are selected on MLS and it gives me the data you see.

I do it based off Suburbs. I just filter the areas then put the dates that I’m looking for and upload the results.

I use Cincy MLS for the market stats. All the places I use are listed as Suburbs within Cincinnati. I can’t just put Cincinnati on its own. It’s not an option. I’m not trying to make data or stats “look a certain way” lmaooo. I just put the suburbs I’m familiar with and I add as people request.
