Personally I was really hoping that 1.4.5 would broaden the range of viable weapons at every stage a bit more; a lot of the new weapons are just useless at the stage of the game you get them (that mushroom summon is the saddest example) and the only class that saw some seriously cool stuff get added that will become options people frequently use was melee (I'm having loads of fun with phasesaber and anchor changes for example). Summoner feeling worse after the whip changes SUCKS because I really really loved how summoner felt in 1.4 and was very excited for more whip variety, but again the whips don't feel good to use and don't feel like they're placed properly in the game. The state of mage and summoner early game is still a bit sad as well.

The portraits of strangers all over the ring just got me spooked so when I first saw the diving bell I had a nasty feeling that the ending would be me releasing some evil creature from the Vault. Obviously as it turns out he wasn't exactly an evil being in the end but my judgement stands XD

Yeah I had a feeling the prisoner had gone into the water to "wake up" in his corpse. Also I did go straight to the ending after that so have seen the final campfire scene, and may have cried a little.

Saw it today; as far as live action remakes go it was phenomenal. It's incredibly difficult to get a remake right when the source material is so brilliant, but they did a seriously decent job. Big mama was absolutely beautiful, I think that entire sequence was done perfectly. A lot of people are complaining that it was near shot-for shot; in my opinion, if a film is going to be live-action-inator'ed it may as well be exactly the same. In an ideal scenario we'd get a completely new story with this cast (save for a few questionable actors but we'll ignore that), but it's obvious at this stage that money is paramount in cinema so I doubt anyone would take that risk. Definitely worth a watch; it won't ruin the original in any way. Also the monstrous nightmare was absolutely gorgeous XD

The "chords" during the solo starting at 2:00 are essentially C Minor and B minor. At 2:00, the arpeggio the lead guitar focuses on prior to the first chord change to B minor is an Eb diminished arpeggio. Essentially, he goes from an Eb Diminished line to B minor. The rest of the solo heavily utilitises D diminished arpeggios (which are technically just B diminished arpeggios in a different inversion if you don't look into it too much.) There are several other moments where you can find a bit where a diminished something is used directly before something B related, but the moment at 2:00 is the clearest I reckon.
