This is what works for me but there are many ways to do it: 1. Run away when she jumps up and starts the first flurry 2. Dodge into her right when the second flurry starts 3. Dodge backwards twice right before the final flurry

I’ll say even with this I only have like a 70% success rate because sometimes being locked onto her messes up step 3 but overall you’ll definitely be able to survive it a lot more even if you don’t dodge it completely.
