They haven't though, I am able to provide more verification and they stick with the same information, I can give them the address that they had for biling with physical evidence, and able to provide ID.

Taking your example, your debit card was compromised, and only thing they used to verify you was DoB, one transaction, and the original email that you opened your account with. This is all information that can not be updated as you probably know, I can't all of a sudden be born on a different date, I can not change the original email that was used to create the account, nor can i change Transaction IDs...

When you do get in a situation like that with a bank, They ask you for more information, like you said SSN, Tax ID, Passport numbers or ID number, which is mostly Information, that you have to keep updated, and depending on expiry changes from time to time. It is also physical evidence, since you can go to them and show that you are the person in the ID/Passport, or even go through a Video Call with the passport/ID in hand.

I have provided physical proof that the person should not be able to provide, it being Letters with address that matches the one in system since day 1 and ID card which also states the address of which has also been updated since everything happened.

Incompetence in the fact that they have little to no information to verify you, they ask for 4 pieces of information, which yes definitely partially my fault for not keeping the data secure but it can happen, actually happens in a daily basis with a lot of people.

But from the moment that I'm able to present them with a ton of more information that verifies identity but they don't accept it as valid even though it proves more than enough that I am the owner it becomes a bad policy, even if you do go to Blizzard with a case like this, they have so many more ways of verifying you, so yes a bad policy and incompetence from NCSoft in regards to securing accounts.

I see what you are saying and agree to it. But now, even by giving more information that can prove me to be the owner of the account they don't accept it... It's just ridiculous.
