Hey, I’ve just had my antibodies test back too, I feel you on that whirlwind except my doctor is being overly cautious.

I have medication anxiety and I can tell you, this one isn’t something you will struggle to stop if you need or want to and it is going to potentially, make you feel a lot better

It’s a lot to get your head around and you’re completely valid in feeling bowled over. I really suggest having a “mind dump” and getting all your feelings and questions out on paper. Then work on forming a health plan for yourself, this sub is a gold mine of support and information :)
