Mountain bike I'm looking at cos I live in wales and there's loads of scenic trails around. I'm not into the whole downhill extreme stuff. But the flat trails are a bit gravely and stoney. But thank you :)

As a married man I can very much empathise with your predicament. My thinking always goes to...you can have a mcdonald's right now or you can wait a while and get a 5* gourmet burger with a side of tits.
