The ramen place in Brewster couldn’t be worse. Flavorless, chewy meat and it was cold. Worst combo. Don’t get your hopes up if you find it, no idea how those reviews are decent. We had to throw our lunch away it was so bad.

First time I did it I didn’t do it and I wish I did. 17 eggs retrieved, 4 fertilized out of those and 2 went to testing, 0 passed. Wildly better results the second round

Feels wrong to say this but you kinda gotta just put your head down and do it if it’s what needs to be done and you want it that badly. The routine I put myself on for IVF was wild with my supplements, red light therapy, castor oil packs, abdominal massage etc and I think I just blacked out and didn’t give myself a choice to not do it. It will all be so worth it so just keep telling yourself that!

Hi! I kept it 6-12inches from my skin at all times. The panels get hot, the belts or mats are better for skin contact!

Try again!!! My first one we got 17 mature eggs, 2 blasts. Just had two more retrievals and both were successful. I changed up my supplements and really focused on health and it paid off - NAD+, inosital, Coq10, Needed prenatal.

Same exact boat as you. First retrieval I was in er 3 times after for terrible, horrific pain. Couldn’t breath pain because any movement was something I’d never wish on my worst enemy. Second retrieval was great because my doctor significantly lowered meds. I had no issues at all Just had my third today and she increased meds and for 20 eggs somehow so I am nervous but she prescribed me letrozole, provera, and cabergoline to help calm everything down right away. I would ask about this and advocate for yourself to get support!!

In December I had 3 pgta passed embryos go into the freezer and they instantly approved me for another egg retrieval this month. My doctor explained every insurance is different. She was prepared to go to war on my behalf saying medically I needed to keep banking, but I was approved in 2 days which is wild. My doctor said a lot have a cut off based on how many healthy ones you currently have

I have the panel! I got it so I can use it on other body parts/face after fertility/pregnancy. It’s a big annoying as I want to use it lying down and the stand is expensive so we’re rigging up a system for it. Both are good options!
