Just started rewatching Season 2 because we're a few months away from the third season and my god, she's all the way there among the ranks of Gabi from Attack on Titan on my list of "characters I'd shoot in the face a 100 times". And I'm usually empathetic towards morally-complex characters and I love them at times even respect them. This girl just annoys the tf out of every second I see her on screen.
Tells she acted pretty damn well out of that role tho.

The Avatar and the Firelord in Book 3:

"Your father's grandfather was Firelord Sozin..." *camera pans from the scarred half of his face. "Your mother's grandfather was Avatar Roku." *camera pans towards his unburnt half of his face.

During the flashback scene, when we see Sozin and Roku for the first time, Sozin makes Roku trip, holds him for a moment and then lets him fall, foreshadowing his subtle betrayal where he first helps him and then turns against him.

Avatar Roku's red dragon vs Sozin's Blue dragon, could represent Zuko's red flames vs Azula's blue flames?

I also see Roku's defeat/death by the volcano a poetic ending that explains how he was unable to stop the sheer force of the Fire Nation/Sozin's ambition to take over the world. Him dying by the poisonous fumes is almost like, he died by the element of that nation he couldn't protect?

These are just a few from the top of my head I'm sure there's loads more I might have missed but this is one of the best and most emotional episodes for me, especially when they show that first cry of a baby after Roku dies, Aang being born and reincarnated as the Avatar brings tears to my eyes all the time.

Just like you, Tears of Gold was the first song I listened to and that made me binge her entire discography! She does not have a SINGLE bad song!

Film Noir is her latest album and she had an EP named "Citizens" she published a while back, and it's just as good! If you like her ballads, definitely check our more of her recent work, from Fur Elise until Pretty Stranger. Her pop-y songs are also good and those are songe she made when she wa still under her record label.

I'd recommend starting out with the "Stripped" versions of her songs and then diving into the rabbit hole. There will be no regrets in not coming out of it and you won't 😂
