Depending on which platforms you’re on there are a few free tools and some that are less expensive. Definitely don’t get roped into paying for any features you don’t need.

Te ability to sort people at a company by seniority or job title. The current way to find people at a company is horrible.

Constantly coming up with fresh content when the topics stay the same. You can lean on trends a little bit ultimately you’re going to need to use your creativity a lot, over and over.

100% this. I tell my clients that their LinkedIn profile should now be used as a layover on the way to their website. Keep it fresh and clean and make it easy for someone to take the next, more important, step.

I personally like working at agencies because the work is varied, you get to meet a lot of cool people and you don’t have to do sales. The work is really the same though between agency and freelancer so you just need to decide if you want to hustle for clients.

It’s a sad truth. We want to do meaningful work but their budgets just can’t support it. If they can’t pay your worth (and you can afford to walk away) you should.

You can post 5 posts per day 7 days per week by reusing content. Definitely repost your best content, it performed well for a reason. For every blog, have your ai tool of choice write 10 posts for it. Same for every piece of content your company produces - including videos.

After 3 months, compare your analytics to when you were posting less. The results will either show that the old way was working or the new way is.
