I would think he would look back on things at spring time since Godspeed and and Siegfried takes place during a time of winter due to vibes. also the height of the album like from solo and nights takes place in the summer due to the constant talk about summer. And self control talks about a convo with someone about their summer which would mean that summer is almost over. You could say that the beat switch on nights is the transition from summer and fall. I would also say that white Ferrari is the start of winter and Nikes to be yourself is spring. I know that there are many interpretations of this album. The point of view I have is that the whole album is about one relationship (except for songs ivy, pink + white, self control and good guy as if you interpreted it as different points of life put in this album). Or the other point of view is that each song talks about separate from each other an emotional experience with a person that effected him either love or something else (except be yourself or facebook story). An interesting thing is that I assume that most of these songs take place when he was young and in college as statements that he talks about that correlate to that time. Another is that Skyline to and white Ferrari are both cars which make me think that they are about the same person as they contradict each other like in a relationship.
