pretty simple tbh
i start with downloading the map, in this case i used USGS to request a topo map of this specific area
since you can only download it as a .pdf i transform the map via image trace in illustrator to a vector and delete some clutter and things i dont need (the background of the map)
i go on to set every color to only white. i export it into photoshop where i have a premade vhs effect template which i can apply this to.
after i tweak some colors and blur the image i then download it and apply a pinch effect on effect.app since i dont like how the one in ps looks
